Writer/Director
You own a video from idea to final cut.
Pitch ideas, research them down to original sources, find the right engineers to interview, write the script and direct the edit. Mostly remote, with occasional travel to shoots.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A portfolio of long-form scripts or videos you wrote
- Real engineering depth: a degree in engineering, physics or maths, or equivalent self-taught knowledge
- A love of motorsport and a knack for making complex ideas simple
- Reliable with deadlines and happy working remotely
REMOTE · FREELANCE OR EMPLOYED
Video Editor
You turn scripts, interviews and raw footage into films people watch to the end.
Edit long-form documentaries and build clean motion graphics that explain the engineering. We create 3D shots with AI tools, so you don’t need to model in 3D.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Three or more years editing, with a reel of long-form YouTube or documentary work
- Strong motion graphics in After Effects or similar
- Experience with AI image or video tools is a plus
- An instinct for pacing and retention, and fast turnaround on feedback
HOW HIRING WORKS
Fast, fair and paid
No CVs and no endless interviews. Show us your work and how you think.

Apply
A short form with your best work. Writer/directors also write a short pitch and opening.

We review
We read every application. If you’re a fit, we’ll be in touch within three weeks.

Paid test
Shortlisted applicants complete a paid test project.

First videos
We make two or three paid videos together, then agree a longer-term arrangement.

Good to know
Do I need to live in the UK?
No. We’re a remote team and work with people anywhere. Some overlap with UK working hours helps.
Freelance or employed?
Either. Most people start freelance on paid trial videos, then we agree what works for both sides.
What does it pay?
Competitive, depending on experience. We ask for your expected rate in the application.
What if I don’t hear back?
We read every application but only reply to people we’re taking forward. We keep strong applications on file and may contact you about future projects.
