Requesting a Refund Before the Course Starts

If you are unable to attend an eligible course, you can request a refund before the start date. Your request should include the course name and the reason for cancellation. The Driver61 team will verify that you have not accessed a significant portion of the course material (e.g., videos, templates, lessons). Refunds may be denied if substantial content has been reviewed.

Requesting a Refund After the Course Ends

If you have completed the course but are unsatisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of the course conclusion, provided you met all participation requirements set by the instructor. These typically include:

• Attending sessions.
• Completing lessons.
• Completing peer feedback expectations.
• Responding to engagement attempts from the instructor (e.g., check-ins, requests for feedback).

Driver61 Education requires full participation to assess whether the course met expectations.

• Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
• Refunds to Different Payment Methods: Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
